Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping within the UAE:
  • Our trusted third-party courier service ensures delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
  • Please note that during sale seasons, delivery may extend up to seven days.
  • A nominal flat shipping fee ranging from AED 15 to AED 45 applies to all domestic orders.
  • Customers will be notified via email once their order is dispatched, with deliveries completed within 1–2 working days thereafter. Should there be any delay in courier contact, we kindly ask customers to reach out to us via email or Instagram.

International Shipping (KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain & Oman):
  • Deliveries via our third-party courier can take between 7 to 21 working days.
  • International shipping fees, varying by destination, will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds unless an error has occurred on our part. Should you receive an incorrect order, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement within 7–10 working days.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed.

 

Ordering Policy

  • Our abayas are designed with adjustable lengths and free-sizing to ensure a perfect fit. Custom size adjustments require the selection of the "custom" option at checkout, with detailed measurements provided in the notes section. Failure to do so will incur an additional fee of AED 50 for any modifications.
  • In case of any discrepancies with your order, please contact us within a week of delivery with a video proof of the issue. We will arrange for the necessary alterations without any return costs.
  • Regrettably, we cannot accommodate size changes or replacements for orders placed with incorrect sizes. To ensure satisfaction, please verify your size carefully or opt for the custom sizing option.
  • By placing an order through our website, customers agree to our terms, conditions, and policies.
