Exchanges, Return and Refunds

Shipping within the UAE:


  • Shipping takes 2 - 3 working days by a third-party courier company.
  • Shipping may be delayed by seven days during sales seasons.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the flat shipping rate of AED 15 to AED 45 for domestic orders.
  • Once the order is ready for delivery, the customer will receive a confirmation email, and delivery will take place within 1–2 working days. The client must follow up by email or Instagram if the courier company has not contacted them.

Shipping international:


A third-party courier service needs 7 to 21 working days to deliver packages.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping and delivery costs. Depending on the nation and region, fees outside the UAE will be disclosed on the checkout page.

REFUND POLICY


No exchanges or refunds are permitted.

-If we made a mistake with the order, we'll replace it within 7–10 working days, provided you let us know within 7 days of the delivery date.


CANCELLATION POLICY


Once an order has been placed, customers are unable to amend or cancel it


ORDERING POLICY


  • All abayas are adjustable in length only; they are all free-sizing. If you choose the free size option, none of the desired adjustments listed in the notes will be carried out. 
  • Customers must select the "custom" option and enter all the sizes or the required modifications of free size in the "notes" box during checkout to avoid additional fees of 50 AED for any changes in sizes. 
  • Please get in touch with us within a week of delivery if there are any issues with the products you received, and send us a video of the mistakenly measured abaya. After that, a collection for picking up things for modifications will be planned. Zero return.
  • If a consumer orders the wrong size and wishes to change it, there is no way to modify it or replace it after delivery. Therefore, please make sure you select the correct size before placing your order; if not, select the custom option.
